tranzpay.io implemented a change to reports that simplifies the process of searching for transactions. The main transaction Report now has a filter to include Declined transactions in a search, which eliminates the need for a separate declined Transaction report.
You may have also noticed that the Transaction Report now has separate Void and Refund buttons.
Transactions that can be voided (stopped from settlement) will display a Void button. After a transaction has settled, the Void button will change to a Refund button, which will allow Tranzpay users to refund their customer and designate the refund amount.
ACH Returns are now reported in Tranzpay. We will continue to email out ACH Return notices, but you will also be able to view details of the return within the Tranzpay portal. The ACH Return report is under the Reports menu in the Tranzpay portal.
