We’re looking for a motivated, customer-centric Customer Success Specialist to join our growing insurtech payments team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients — helping insurance carriers, MGAs, and agencies successfully implement and use our payment solutions to improve their workflows and policyholder experience.
You’ll guide new clients through onboarding, provide training and support, and build strong, lasting relationships to help them achieve their business goals. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing fintech company at the intersection of insurance and payments.
🔷 Responsibilities:
- Own the client onboarding process — ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation.
- Train clients on our platform features and best practices.
- Act as the client advocate within our organization, ensuring their needs are heard.
- Answer questions and resolve issues quickly with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Monitor client engagement and proactively recommend ways to maximize platform value.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to improve the customer experience.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and track success metrics.
🔷 Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client support (preferably in SaaS, fintech, or insurtech).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first attitude.
- Comfortable with technology, CRM tools, and online training platforms.
- Knowledge of insurance or payment processing industries is a big plus.
